Reynolds Report
After a formal complaint of discrimination was filed with the RVSD in 2014, regarding the MAP program, the District commissioned an independent third party to investigate the practices of the MAP program, which serves as the model for the proposed charter school. The report included information which then prompted the District to respond by implementing anti-discrimination practices.
